I am writing this email in regard to my lost cannon camera.
I lost my camera on 16th of January 2023 and reported the loss of my camera on 17th of January at your office and registered it as lost with the serial number. However, the system is having a message saying "Apologies, we are currently not accepting new accounts".
I really need your assistance in recovering my camera, how do i go about this issue?
