DO NOT BE DAUNTED by the apparent size. It's in 11 different docs, but it's been divided up quite oddly and there's not that much to read or that's changed in each doc. there are a lot of blank pages and pages of contents listings.
Do you think they're trying to make it seem too long to read?
In a similar way, the photo of the amended proposed development on page 8 shows the new building from further away.
Perhaps they think we don't know the difference between smaller and further away. They've been watching too much Father Ted.
