notes on amended design and access statement

I've gone through the amended design and access statement and highlighted/made notes on the amended bits.

Please see the doc attached - if you don't have time to read the whole thing, though it doesn't take as long as it looks - there are lots of blank pages and pages with no or little text.

Photos clearly show large amount of clear sky view lost - how can they suggest the effect of this is negligible!?
