U10 Soccer -- November 19 Field notes

Folks --

Our last game of the fall. It's supposed to be crisp and bright,
bundle up.

Simple instructions this week.

Padawans and Comets United have first game at Ft. Reno at 8:00

Padawans have goal pickup. The goals are at 3901 Military Road NW,
which is a Brownish-gray house on northwest corner of 39th Street and
Military Rd (no house number). The goals will be along the side of
the driveway, which is on 39th Street. These goals are almost eight
feet long and will require a minivan or large SUV to transport.


Comets United should have a few people there at 7:45 to help set up
the goals so we can kick off promptly at 8:00.

Bulldogs and Tigers have last game at Ft. Reno at 4:00.

Bulldogs should sweep the field for trash.

Tigers are responsible for goal return. They are coming back to my
house at 5066 Sherier Place NW, please leave them at the driveway.

Everyone else, just pick up your trash when you're done.

If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity, Sunday at noon we are
having our annual "Garage Day" where we inventory and put away all the
equipment that allows 5,400 kids to play each Saturday. Astonishly, it
takes about an hour. Email me for details.
