U10 Soccer -- Survey on practice fields

Dear coaches --

While the spring season is still two months away, the Stoddert Board
is working hard to put together everything we need for a successful
season. One of the things we are trying to do is provide every team
that practices with a good field at a convenient time and place. But
to do this, we need your help: we need to know what you want and what
times are good for you.

We have prepared a very short survey -- just four questions -- so you
can tell us when and where you would like to practice. If you will be
using a Stoddert-provided field this spring, please take the survey.
If you coach multiple teams, you can take the survey once for each
team you coach, or you can enter multiple age groups on one survey.

Taking the survey won't guarantee that you get your first choice field
this spring -- the results are anonymous and are used just for
planning. What it will do is enable us to do our best to provide an
appropriate selection of fields.
