You should have received earlier today a notice that registration for
the spring season has begun. If not, details and a link to the
registration form are here:
http://www.stoddert.com/registration/index_E.html
Stoddert is moving to a new registration system, called Korrio. It has
a lot of great features, and it is especially oriented around making
things easier for coaches and team managers. It has a number of tools
to streamline communication with your team, and also has fun features
that allow you to set up a team page with photos and player profiles.
How far you go with it is up to you, like coaching, you get out of it
what you put in.
For a tour of the features, go to https://korrio.com/the-korrio-platform/coaches/
I have already registered my kids and it's pretty slick. However, I
don't expect everything to go off without a hitch, so I'm trying to
get as many people to register as early as possible so the
commissioners and office staff have as much time as possible to
address issues. I know it's hard to think about the spring when it
was snowing this morning, but please take a minute and sign up now.
Finally, are you interested in playing some soccer yourself? I'm part
of a group that plays on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30 to
8:00 on the Palisades field, and we're looking for a few more players.
It's mostly dads -- five coaches from our division have participated
-- but many of them were once quite good players! So while the
competition is low-key the caliber of play is often good. Contact me
for details.
Thanks,
Nick
I left off an important detail. In order to be a coach or manager you
need to register as a volunteer. Please use this link to register:

Even if you do not register your players at this time you should
register yourself, at some point I am going to retire this Google
group and do our divisional communications through Korrio, which has
better tools.
Thanks,
Nick
