Saturn Occulted by the Moon 6/27/24

Hey all;

You might want to put this one in your calendars. On June 27^th between 09:10 and 09:42, the Moon will occult Saturn as seen from Stockton. Yes, this is a day-time event. You CAN do it. Do not be afraid of seeing Saturn in daytime. Using the Moon as a locator, you will easily be able to observe this event. Unless you have a day job, since it’s a Thursday morning. Man I love retirement!
