55mm with f/4.9 gave you a1 11mm exit pupil, about 40% of your light, but what a great field of view! Wish I could have gone up.

Hi all, I’m working in Orick. Elevation is 26 feet above Sea level. This place is a classic example of how Beautiful the Sky can be without light pollution. Because, it’s tucked back in the redwood forest, there’s literally no LED lights around here. I was able to see the Milky Way last night and the sky looks pretty incredible.  I brought my scope with me on the last visit. 🥳
