fireworks last night

Hi SAS Gawkers;

The skies were bad but we watched the fireworks at the Woodward Reservoir for our site, they were great. We had a delay between the vision and the booms. I checked Google Earth, the distance between the Hwy 4 site and the Woodward Reservoir fireworks is 11 miles. At 1125 ft/sec, the delay should have been 52 seconds, which seems right for what we were observing.
