I'm looking for a software or app that will allow my to compare my portfolio of stock's performance vs and index (i.e. DJIA) over a range of dates (i.e. 1/1/12 - 8/17/12).
Does that feature exist in this software?

Try SigFig.com. It's new and basically exactly what I was looking for. It's pretty amazing.
On another note, do you work in food service distribution? If so, my company works a lot with cold storage and food service warehouses to reduce their energy bills. Here is a job I worked on:
