Butch Conz - President and CEO
Butch Conz: is the owner of Green Flag Racing, which competes part
time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, the Pro Cup Series and
local late model and street stock races.
Butch helped develop HI-TEK25 15W40 Motor Oil for the diesel truck
industry and continues to be involved in the research and development
of lubrication products that help save on fuel costs, maintenance cost
and improve the carbon footprint.
Butch has a 30 year business background and has owned several
successful businesses and comes from a long family history of
entrepreneurial experience and success.
Butchs father was very successful in the construction industry and the
equipment rental industry. His grandfather owned a large trucking
company in the Midwest, thats where his exposure to the trucking
industry comes from.

Dan Glauz - V.P. of Sales
Former NASCAR, ARCA and Pro Cup crew chief hired to be the V.P. of
sales for the Midwest region starting with Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and
Pennsylvania.Dan brings 27 years of racing connections and the
expertise of the motorsports industry, which includes working for the
governing body of NASCAR’s research and development, as crew chief for
NASCAR drivers Jimmy Spencer, Chad McCumbee, Erin Crocker and Derrick
Cope. Dan was also instrumental in 1997 Winston Cup Rookie of the Year
Mike Skinners team as well as the champion crew chief for ARCA driver
Tim Steele and Hooters Cup champion Benny Gordan. In all Dan has won

Mike Brady --Sales
Mike Brady was hired as the southeast sales manager for the HI-TEK25
15W40 Diesel Motor Oil to the trucking industry which includes the
states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North
Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
Over a 38 year career, Mike has been the sales manager for Schwan’s
Sales and the key account manager for National Sales Group and Laura’s
Lean Beef.
After 38 years in the grocery industry, Mike not only brings 38 years
of sales management experience, but he also brings contacts with large
corporations from his past industry who have large truck fleets, such
as Food Lion, Kroger, Bi-Lo and Lowe’s Foods just to name a few.
