Looking to hire one possibly two more guys. Experience is not necessary but preferred. Everyone is cross trained to do different tasks, really looking for people to grow with the company. This is a a year round position doing landscaping, construction, and snow plowing. 401k and other work related bonuses. Very competitive pay based on your experience and in your performance/improvements to the company, over time
MUST:
Have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Be reliable and show up on time everyday
Have a strong work ethic
Willing to learn and take pride in your work
Work as a team and individually
Work outdoors no matter the weather, all day
Be able to lift 50-75lbs repetitively
Be capable of working 40-60hrs a week
