Calling all neighbors

Good Morning All,

 

Our Spring clean up is fast approaching Saturday April 23 from 8 AM to noon.

We are counting on all of our neighbors to come out and join us. We will have

light refreshment for Mckees Rocks clean up at 9 AM location - 340 Bell Ave

(McKessRocks Borough Building- second floor) after will will be passing out gloves bags and vest.

We need several people to help with the organization of the day.

                         Can we count on you?

1. two people to help with setting up and cleaning up refreshments. (8:45 AM to appox. 9:45AM)

2. two people to help pass out the supplies (9:AM to appox 9:45AM)

3. two people to help get release forms signed (8:45 AM to appox. 9:45AM)

4. one or two people to be available to drop off extra supples and water if needed (10:00 AM - to noon)
