Simple Lenten Supper
Friday, February 19 - 6:30 PM - Cathedral North Conference Room
10 Volunteers are needed to prepare a simple Lenten meal and serve parishioners and guests following Stations on the Cross on Friday evening. Each Friday during Lent (beginning February 12th), the Social Justice and Community Service Committee of the parish hosts a meal of homemade non-meat soup, water, and bread in the North Conference Room to raise funds for our brothers and sisters in need. The Cathedral Young Adults will be helping to facilitate the meal on Friday, February 19th.
For more information on how you can help email Brigid (hogan....@gmail.com).

Service Opportunities at the Cathedral

Serve as a Liturgical Minister at the Cathedral: The Cathedral is in need of liturgical ministers at all Masses, including weekday Masses. Ministers of hospitality (greeters), ushers, extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, and servers are especially needed. The suggested commitment is one Sunday per month. Contact Deacon Garcia (james.anth...@gmail.com) for more information on expectations and training.

Homeless Ministry: Volunteers are needed to prepare bagged lunches for the poor and homeless who come to the St. Matt’s West Conference Room each Monday morning for food and social services. Contact Olivia or Norma if you would like to provide lunches once a month, every other month, or as a one-time service.
