You have another chance to comment on the Climate Action plan for Yolo. There are Review Workshops scheduled throughout the county (see link):

"The Yolo County Department of Community Services’ Sustainability Division is pleased to announce the third round of Community Workshops and the launch of the draft 2030 Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP) Public Comment Portal.
