Trash pickup fee

How many of us don't think that the valet trash pickup fee is a rip
off at $21 a month?

I certainly think it's a big rip-off. The right price would be between
$5 to $8 a month for three times a week pickup.

For upto six times a week I am willing to pay between $10 and $15 a
month.

I'm not sure how I feel about the Valet Trash, all I know is that the
property sure is clean!

How about this, you pay $210 a month for valet trash pickup.

One more thing, don't you pay rent? I pay rent for a clean community
not just for my apartment.
