不清楚需求。
要算Pulse時間，應使用PWM-IN功能。
使用Encoder，則是要解光柵，去對應機械角。
你的應用看起來又像是要知道每個Pulse時間，又要知道Pulse數目。
Pulse數目用input-capature功能。
Pulse時間用PWN-IN功能。
都不是Encoder功能。
