STM32F103C8 USART通訊Rx收資料未能百分之百收到正確的資料長度

想請問有沒有人使用STM32F1系列遇過USART Rx收資料,資料長度會有幾次沒能達到送出的資料數,我protocal定義是收7筆長度資料,發現我用PC端每幾秒送一次,確實每次都會進USART_Handler,但會有幾次未能收到正確7筆的資料,
之前使用別家MCU都沒遇過這問題,我需要百分之百收到正確資料,以下是我USART初始化及USART_Handler的code,是哪裡有寫錯嗎,求解!!

速度太快,中斷未退出,下一個資料就進來,於是掉了。
建議使用DMA收,硬體收,保證不掉。
我在使用1.5Mb 鮑率時遇到此問題,DMA就解決了。
