Momentum in the campaign is picking up: since the start of the week
Monday morning, we've doubled our total Pledges, and also received a
new Corporate Sponsorship commitment (from Parkview Consulting). Our
goal numbers stand at:

* PLEDGES = $15,550 (goal is $50,000)
* SPONSORS = 3, totaling $11,000 annually (goal is $25,000)
* BOARD MEMBERS = 8 (goal is 16)

We also need and appreciate cash donations to help with current
operations. From our coin jar and several generous personal
contributions, we so far have:

* CASH = $314.93

This includes proceeds from the lemonade stand you may have seen on
the front page of yesterday's Derry News, run by the enterprising
Humel and Crowley kids. And yesterday, Madison Sandborn, age 6, came
in to ceremoniously donate the contents of her piggy bank, $4.61.

On Monday WBZ CHannel 4 news from Boston filmed and ran an excellent
