Time for some statistics. We had pledge #100 today, and we also
received our fifth Personal Pledge of $1,000 or over. This is the
24th day of the campaign, and we've raised an average of $1,995 in
pledges each day. Today we got interest from a 16th potential new
member for the Board, reaching 100% of that StM goal (but we can
still use more if you are qualified and interested!).

* PLEDGES = $47,891 (goal is $50,000)
* SPONSORS = 4, totaling $11,500 annually (goal is $25,000)
* BOARD MEMBERS = 16 (goal is 16)

* CASH = $1,119.05

From Aug. 1 through yesterday, our StM web pages were viewed 3,700
times in 2,600 different sessions. People spent an average of two and
a half minutes on each page, an eternity in web time. The combined
Met and StM site had 1,328 unique visitors during this period. See

One final stat: the director, StM volunteers, and current and new
board members are all 100% excited about the new energy and optimism
now pervading the Met.
