Daily Goals Report, 8/18/07

Sorry; my math mistake gave a slightly optimistic number for pledges
in yesterday's report, but today's numbers are still quite good:

* PLEDGES = $22,711 (goal is $50,000)
* SPONSORS = 3, totaling $11,000 annually (goal is $25,000)
* BOARD MEMBERS = 8 (goal is 16)

* CASH = $314.93

Yesterday we received a nice Business Pledge from Snyder Consulting.

We need more support like this from the local businesses, so if you
don't see a company you know or like listed there (or as a Sponsor or
Partner) consider encouraging them to help Save the Met. They might
make a pledge, sponsor an exhibit, or even just post a flyer and hand
