The only purpose excessively high speed capability of a vehicle allows is the ability for the Driver to exceed legal Speed Limits, and Break the Law; SPEED. Under the present design constraints, auto manufactures are: Aiding & Abetting Criminals to drive Dangerously, and UnLawfully.
100% of the capability in the Design and Components built into a Vehicle intended to thrust it above the Legal Highway Speed Limit is for: UNLAWFUL USE.
