I'm pretty sure I've never introduced myself to the group and I know
I've never attended a meeting. So, I just wanted to say hi.
I've been in the IT industry for 11 years and have spent all of those
years as a DBA, however I've been coding since I was a freshman in
high school. I was turned onto Ruby on Rails a few years ago and have
done a few projects in it. I love the language and the community that
uses it. I've been a Perl, C# and Flex developer before and so far
Perl and Ruby are my favorites.
I look forward to plugging in and getting to know you all.
