PHP -> Ruby

Have an interesting project starting - located some sample PHP code that accesses a webapi, however PHP is not available on the target platform but Ruby 1.9.3 is. Heavy into XML parsing, so will make an interesting project.

Looking for someone to pair, .. or even a few evenings would be great to get started.
