If anyone would like to meet for a steering meeting tonight, the training room is available at 5pm.

Alternatively we could discuss any steering business at Harpos after the meeting, if we don't mind other general members being around.

Whatever you guys want to do is fine with me.

Unfortunately I can't attend tonight. I'm battling plantar fascitiis in my left foot and have a doctor appointment at 5:30.

Looks like I'll be able to make the meeting tonight.

I'd prefer to have the steering committee meeting at the same time we usually do before the regular meeting. That way it won't interfere with other networking/conversations at Harpos.
