Updated the stlruby.org Wiki page and upcoming-meetings Google Groups
page.

Also removed some (VERY) objectionable content from the Google Groups
home pages. I changed the group settings on the STLruby group so only
Managers can create and edit pages. We need to change the group
settings on this Steering group the same way, but I don't have Manager
rights. Jeff - can you please give Manager rights to some more people?

I gave you Manager rights and altered the settings to allow only managers to create/edit pages. I also think I've removed all the offensive content.

I bumped up your user on steering to be owner now so you should be able to do what you need to do
