Wow, I thought the 'bent google group was dead! 

I'm looking for specific information about riding a 'bent or trike around St. Louis. Specifically, it looks like one would need to jump on Hampton Blvd/Germania Blvd to get from Wilmore Park to Carondolet Park, the path south of River Des Peres, etc.  Is that part of Hampton Blvd safe to navigate; any concerns with cycling in that area in general?
