It’s a long holiday weekend and the hash is getting out of town. If you haven’t been there, Klondike Park is a fantastic park on the bluffs on the Missouri River just past Defiance. There are tons of hiking and biking trails, rock bluffs, a lake and campgrounds. Come for a fantastic shiggyrific run and stay for some camping if you are so inclined.

D’Erections:
From anywhere, get your ass out to Hwy 64/40 and Hwy 94 out St. Charles way. Take Hwy 94 West 13.6 miles, passing through Defiance. You’ll first see Klondike Boat Ramp, then the entrance to the park is just past that on the left. Follow road to main parking lot near the pavilion and playground.
