Very nice job! Well done. Thanks for all great effort.

 

I only have two comments:

 

1)      In Section 5.7. The board member service term changed from 2 years to 3 years. So each year should be “No less than one-third of Board of Directors shall be elected by….”. instead of one-half…

 

2)      The first sentence in Section 5.3 is a little confusing for me. The elected members of the Board shall serve a three-year term and may be reelected to succeed themselves (?) once (no more than six years in total).
