Please note that the leader for the Parents on Duty Sunday 1/24 will be Sophie Liu. On duty parents, please arrive at the Chinese school by 1:30 pm.

Attached is the latest duty list. Please read it carefully before Sunday. It has details information about your on duty tasks!!!There are also 4 Folders in the school which you can use for reference. Each contains information attached with this email.

Please note the following:

·         The parents on duty leader is responsible for contacting all the staff  and  remind those on-duty parents in advance to make sure they know the assignment. Brian please call the parents and make sure that we have enough coverage for the day.

·         If you cannot come on your assigned date, feel free to switch with other staff.

·         On duty leader : assign 2 person to sell candy; 4 people to check around for each area A,B,C,D.  I will give you the checks. Cash will be given back by Linda.  Please do not plan to leave until after 4:50 at the earliest.
