Description:- In this position you will be responsible for the overall
national system performance and performance standards of MTA's using the
NORTEL Vendor. Will provide technical expertise, project management and
technical oversight for all resolution of problems related to the system
performance of the NORTEL MTA's. Establish corporate methods and
procedures for performance optimization, monitoring and measuring of
system performance of MTA's. Identify testing and measurement tools to
enhance system performance.Provide planning and engineering so that the
network is optimally confiqured.
Qualifications: - 1) At least 5-6 years in wireless communications, 2)
BSEE or BSCS, 3) System performance and optimization of either a
Cellular, CDMA, TDMA, GSM, PCS, or Wireless related networks, 4)
Engineering and planning issues as related to system performance of
networks, 5) Knowledge of Nortel equiptment helpful but not mandatory.
