TROY, Mo. • Multiple sex crime charges involving a young boy
were filed Wednesday against a former Lincoln County paramedic
who already was accused of accessing child pornography videos.
Troy police said Brian Carl Schulze, 38, was charged with 16
counts of statutory sodomy.
Police said Schulze allegedly sexually abused the boy over an
eight-year period. The incidents, police said, occurred at
Schulze's home in the 200 block of Excalibur Boulevard while the
boy was between 8 and 16 years old.
Last November, Schulze — at the time a paramedic for the county
Ambulance District — was charged with two counts of possessing
child pornography.
Police in November said he was accused of uploading 70 videos of
pre-teen children in sex acts. He was accused of accessing the
videos on his personal computer at his home and at his ambulance
base in Winfield.
Police on Wednesday said Schulze was being held in the Lincoln
County Jail, with cash bail on the new charges set at $500,000.

If guilty, death sentence. No place in society (even prison) for
sick perverts like this.

First determine if the charges are true, then either clear him
with apologies or prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
