Institutional Sales Person/Wholesaler

Region 1: Upstate NY/NY Metro/CT

Region 2: Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska

Region 3: Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa

Region 4: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho

$50,000-$90,000 + Commissions

Our client, a global financial services firm provides investors with a broad range
of brokerage, mutual fund, banking and consumer financial products and services. As an
Institutional Sales Representative, you will independently solicit new business from
Registered Investment Advisors and Financial Institutions in one of the regions
listed above. This is a strategic position directing the Institutional Service
Division& 8217;s propensity to generate revenues to grow the business.

The successful salesperson will:

o Independently soliciting and procuring new business by qualifying leads

o Make sales calls, presentations, and providing product support.

o Contact & secure new business while maintaining existing business

o Maintains an understanding of competition strengths and weaknesses

Requirements:

o BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration

o Series 7/63 licensed

o Self-motivated team players with 5 yrs of proven sales experience preferably
as an internal and/or external wholesaler.

o Knowledge of fee-based advisory business and financial planning a plus

o Travel required.

o Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point a must. SalesLogix a
a plus
