Once again, the STL region is ranked #1. This time "we" are #1 in
gonorrhea!

The highest rates are in St. Charles County and Jefferson County. The
percentage of teen girls in those counties with STDs is off the charts!

So many people from St. Charles County are into abstinence-only sex-ed.
I need to go out there and hand out condoms to the kids.

As though any kids weren't aware of the option? How NC ever fell out of
the top spot I'll never know. They still have the top county (Hoke) for
incest pregnancies.

All humor aside, if you've got the time, come on out it. Anything that
gets the number down is a good thing.

BTW, O'Fallon has/had one school with three girl cousins, all just
entering high school and all pregnant. Obviously abstinence-only sex-ed
isn't working as an effective birth control method either.
