Aerotek Representatives – Griffin and Darcy talked about the job market in StL and the different ways to go about looking for a job. They of course high lighted the use of a recruiter firm, as well as some on networking and using different web sites, like Monster and CareerBuilder (refresh your resume weekly to keep it near the top of the list when employers are performing searches). Use Indeed.com for looking for jobs, it searches all the big job posting web sites.
