December meeting dates & thoughts for 2012 themes?

December meeting will be 12/3 and 12/18. Invites will go out in the
next week or two, just wanted to get the dates on everyone's calendar
since I know the holidays are crazy. Also, there are wstill a
What are your thoughts for 2012 themes? (As a reminder January, Feb,
June, Oct, Nov & December are the same every year.) Should we have
more pairing dinners? More vertical dinners? What's the ideal
pricepoint for those?
