Morton’s The Steakhouse Hosts Riedel Wine Tasting Event, Highlighting
the Importance of Glass Shape in Wine Tasting

WHAT: When it comes to wine tasting, you consider
yourself the expert, at least in front of your novice
friends.
You’ve perfected the swirl, swish and how to properly
inhale
the aromas. But, is your glass ruining the act and your
wine’s
taste?

Morton’s The Steakhouse in Clayton
will
host a Riedel Wine Tasting Event where guests will learn
how
the proper glass can improve the taste of wine.
The tasting will feature a variety of Riedel wine glasses
filled with fine wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle paired
with
Morton’s signature hors d’oeuvres.

Guest will also enjoy a special parting gift, a four piece
Riedel Vinum wine glass set valued at $116.

WHEN: Monday, July 25, 2011
Tasting starts at 6:00 p.m.

COST: $95 per guest

100 percent of proceeds from the event’s silent auction will benefit
Birdies for the Brave.
