Wine Verticals

I updated my cellar and have several verticals - one bottle of each (for the most part) so the group would need to be 8 or less. Normally for verticals we have a dinner where each person bring a dish and then I take the cost of the wine and divide it by attendees. No money is made - the people who purchase the wine break even and get an opportunity to try a vertical.
