Hey everyone, STL ALT.NET needs a new meetup location, preferably with
a white board and projector (though not absolutely necessary). If
anyone knows of an available location, please let me know.

Thanks!
Nicholas

are there any requirements on size, comfort level and cost? Arch
Reactor has been thinking of offering our space for rent to groups on
a limited basis. We have not had a serious discussion though, so it's
just an idea.

I know Announce Media is generally very open to hosting meetings.  However, I believe that St. Louis Perl Mongers meets the same time as you guys do and we already meet there.  If you are interested in switching slots I could talk to a manger here about getting permission.  They have nice facilities.

We average between 7-10 people each month. We really just need a place
with chairs, a projector, and a table (whiteboard would also be nice). I
don't think we have the membership numbers to pay for rent, however, unless
it's super cheap.

We have been meeting on the third Wednesday of every month, but I can certainly change that.  Announce is down on Delmar, correct?  That might work out.  What slots would be available for switching?

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I just learned that our meetup
group location does not need to be changed, it was a misunderstanding
on my part! But it is awesome to know that we have so many active
groups that are willing to help out. Very cool.
