¡  Experience with Enterprise Application Development (Web, Desktop development a plus)

o    3-5 yrs. Web Application Development

o    3-5 yrs. HTML, JavaScript, CSS

o    3 yrs. Software Development Languages (Java, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, C#)

o    3 yrs. Relational Database Management Systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)

o    2 yrs. Web Services or Software as a Service

¡  Experience in relational database design (tuning and administration a plus)

¡  Experience with application performance & tuning

¡  Experience with data encryption and security

¡  Experience with OOA&D and SOA
