BarCamp Sponsorship Letter

Hey all,

Here is an initial draft of a sponsorship request letter.  Please look it over and tell me what you think.

I have one variable I know I can't answer myself, which is how much money we'll need for food.  Does anyone have any catering recommendations?  Also, if anyone has experience with this sort of thing, do you know how much food 50-75 people would tend to eat?
