I put JPEG on the web page because that is what all browsers (Netscape,
Internet Explorer, Chrome) can display. I shrink the images so the long
side is 1200 pixels or so. This is convenient for many monitors and
makes a file of a few hundred kilobytes (a minute for 56K modem). This
is about 33% of the posters attached.
I'm happy if you send me all your posters.jpg, full size is fine.
I will use the poster as it has the attractive details, Upjohn, etc. I
like the Copake Falls background image. Some might say it makes the copy
harder to read on a monitor.
Your posters are wonderful. Thank you for creating them.
P.S. Lucy sent me a small (369x480) WW poster as a TIF. Very very odd.
Tagged image format is used by scanners, in faxes, and so forth. I
wonder how she got it?
