I can certainly deal with images sent to me by email. We could take
better advantage of the cloud, however, if you mailed them to Picasa.

Our secret email address is:
stjohnwilderne...@picasaweb.com

They show up in an album called "Dropbox" and I can move them to
Auction2014.

I use the client version of Picasa on Windows and it's especially easy
to transfer photos that way. It's a good photo editor too.
