Thanks for your help and advice. I see what you mean. On Form 1099,
your income is called "Nonemployee compensation". That sure does sound
off payroll, however much you might look like a part-time employee. Bob
and Walt work as the occasion demands, but you and Rose are essential to
ordinary operations.

I guess I'll check with John Bopp, our man at Key Bank in Copake, but
I'd rather submit a clean application that's accepted quickly than an
ambitious one that's kicked back.

I should have everything I need to support our application. I'll
forward it to you for review this week.
