Greetings from World Vision India!

It give me immense pleasure writing to you.

On 15th Feb 2014, World Vision India is partnering with DmF ( Donmeon and

Friends group) as charity partner for Paul Baloche and Stu G concert.

During the concert, we will be raising sponsors for children in need across

the country.

In between, we will be screening a video on World Vision's child

sponsorship and the artist will make an appeal to the crowd requesting them

to pledge their support towards children in poverty. Immediately after the

appeal, World Vision volunteers will give the pledge cards to be filled and

signed by those interested in sponsoring a child.

This concert, being a free-ticket show, we expect a huge crowd. We

therefore require volunteers to help us with our work. In our previous

concerts, we have mobilized volunteers through churches and colleges. These

volunteers were trained by our staff to assist and collect pledge cards

duly filled and to help in transactions through swipe machines, cash and

cheques.

We need around 400 volunteers for this event. Our staff will be there

throughout the show to guide them and help them.

Through this  mail, may I request you to send as many volunteers as

possible from your church to help us in raising sponsors. Kindly send

across the names to me at the earliest. Our staff will come to your church

and train the volunteers at your convenient time (time required for

training: 40 min).
