 Consumers are demanding GMO-free options in the marketplace opening new opportunities for food producers and purveyors. This two-part presentation will give business owners and consumer the tools they’ll need to navigate the current marketplace, affect the change necessary to create a new GMO-free marketplace, and to pass a GMO labeling law in Vermont.

Part 1 - Labeling a GMO-Free Marketplace
**PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PORTION**
Learn about the proposed GMO labeling law, how it will affect grocers, and what is needed from food purveyors to make labeling GMOs a law in Vermont. Suitable for anyone making food purchasing decisions for

Learn the basics of GMO’s, the increasing concerns about the health and safety risks, and what is needed from citizens to pass a GMO Labeling Bill in VT.
