Dear All,

I want to thank Almighty God, Thirumeni, Achan and Of course us for working together and accomplishing this mighty task and owning our own church building. This has set a new beginning to us. we had in the earlier faced a lot of challenges as we didn't have our own place to conduct youth meetings, choir practices etc.. now that is all resolved and we should be able to achieve great heights. With all the limitations, we performed at the highest with the help of Almighty God, now with this capability, we should thrive to make all time high.

On this high note, i would like to invite the youths of our St James church to Mid-Lenten Retreat.

As you begin your lenten journey to Pascha, include this retreat as one of your activities.

Subject: [stjamesnj] Our own Church!!!

Dear All,

Praise God!! St. James has a church to call our own.  We have closed and acquired our own church building with the blessings from our Lord All Mighty!  Today is a great day for our St. James family and we have been waiting for this day for a long time.  Congrats to everyone and thanks to each and everyone of you for your prayers, dedication and hard work.  The closing took place around 11:30am and we welcomed our Archbishop H.E Yeldho Mor Theethose to our new church.  A small ceremony followed by prayers and love feast, our beloved Thirumeni gave us his blessings.  Our Archbishop also congratulated our church members for our hard work and dedication to get our own church.  There was a managing committee meeting held in our new church around 5pm to discuss the future plans for the church.  With the permission from our Thirumeni and per the direction of our managing committee, we have decided the following:

1. March 23rd Sunday will be the last day of service at the Knights of Columbus hall in Livingston, NJ
2. March 24th Monday at 6:30 pm will be the first day of service at our new church in Wanaque, NJ
3. June, 20 and 21st will be our Valiya Perunnal along with church koodasha

Again,  let us thank Our Lord and Savior for his mercy and blessings upon our church.  May the intercession of our St. James bless our church and our families.

Kindest regards,

Mewin Thomas
(Secretary)
