So golf season has started at ND and my husband is off in San
Francisco until Tuesday. That means I'll be at home knitting and
listening to the baby monitor :-) I really do hope to make it to
Lula's the next time. I've been meaning to let you all know about a
couple of websites I've found recently--great for ideas for presents.
The first is www.purlbee.com It's the website for the store Purl in
New York. The store is amazing and the website has tons of free
patterns and pictures (they even have some step by step pictures).
The other site is www.elann.com. They have amazing prices for yarn.
You can't feel it first, which is part of the allure of yarn stores.
But if you know what you want, they have a great selection (not a lot
of name brand yarn, but all of the yarn I've ordered has been
wonderful). It arrives in days so it's really easy. For those of you
I haven't met, I hope to see you soon. Paulina, Kelly and I can't wait
for music. She's learned to raise her arms up when I sing "bum ba ba
ba bum bum..." Seriously cute :-)
