Dear Robert,

Our system doesn't support x11().  Would you please make a new release to plot as pdf?
At the moment, I run with --plotAfterImputation=FALSE  , but I am interested to know what kinda plots STITCH generates and how to interpret those plots.

Thanks,
Jia

Hi,

Hmm, that sucks. What system is this? Is this the sort of thing that conda would solve? I'm hesitant to write some of the plots to PDF as they can be quite detailed plots that would make for large PDFs.

Come to think of it, I should clean up the plots and offer an explanation on the github. I'll try to work on this over the next week.

Best,
Robbie

Hi Robbie,

Our IT (responsible  for computer cluster) say that they don't  want to have a lot of overhead of packages and possible CPU time. Thus they decided to exclude x11().
Thanks for looking into it.

Best,
Jia
