I sent out a Weekender about an hour ago,
to 236 people. So far,

* 50 opens, 21%, which is already stupendous.

* 31 click throughs, 13%. Again, *really* good.

* 21 conversions, i.e., fan page joins. That's
almost 10% of total, almost 50% of opens,
and 65% of click throughs.

Once I get the URL approved, I'll add it to
my signature below.

The pieces are all falling into place.
Now it's just a matter of scaling up.
